Fifteen student teams using artificial intelligence (AI) to make the world a better place have been awarded a total of $4,500 in the prototype phase of the Nittany AI Challenge. This year’s Nittany AI Challenge includes new partners and resources providing even more opportunities for student success.
Two Penn State Berks students, Vinh Lu and J'Kaia Reynolds, had an opportunity to explore careers in health care through internships with the Berks County Medical Society as Pat Sharma President’s Scholars. Lu and Reynolds participated in the six-week summer internship, June 3?to July 12, at Reading Hospital and its outpatient facilities.

Ten new Penn State Berks craft-brewing certificate program students will graduate as the first cohort in December 2023 following completion of their final Brew Practicum course.
