Helen Hartman, Senior Lecturer in Kinesiology at Penn State Berks, worked with the college's Center for Learning & Teaching to design and develop a series of instructional videos to enhance instruction in her Ballroom Dancing class. By applying for a Teaching & Learning Innovation Grant, Hartman received guidance in defining learning objectives for the video series; structuring a consistent instructional sequence for the tutorials; and developing strategies for recording, editing, publishing, and sharing the completed instructional modules.
